Stop paying the ADHD Christmas Tax this year

Yes, Christmas is still a few months away, I know. However, I also know that getting prepared and getting ahead of your thoughts and anxieties will support you to not spiral into an ADHD tailspin.

I’ve written this journal to share the Half-Ar$ed Way – doing enough to get through. Recognising that perfect is the opposite of what we need, because we get paralysed into inaction when we’re not immediately Instagram worthy. This is a practical, completely analogue external hard drive for your brain, designed to manage your burnout, sensory overload and domestic clutter.

This journal is to stop you:

freaking out about missing something
spending too much because you forgot someone
over-thinking
over-analysing
over-booking your family
worrying about “Where did I put that again?”
double-booking your functions

This AI-Free external brain will help you navigate your end of year rush, and help you pack it all away again.

It’s not a high pressure, aesthetic planner you’re afraid to write in. With 10 chapters to help you tackle different areas week-by-week, or for you to dip in and out when you need to. There are no deadlines, or rigid dates so you don’t feel guilty for skipping or missing them when life gets lifey.

Work through the exercises and tips at your speed. Miss a week? No shame, just pick it right back up and keep going.

I share stories throughout to help you understand that you’re not on your own. That I’ve been there, done that and am giving you the permission slip to stuff it up and start over. I run a tight ship-wreck and am proud of it!

Protect your Christmas spirit by learning what a full-bodied ‘Yes’ to an invitation feels like. And how to say ‘No’ when you don’t.
