I felt completely safe and supported during the session. Maddie took time to put boundaries in place about interaction with each other, everyone could contribute on their own time and in their own way. I wish more people would lay the ground rules of engagement out first.

Thank you for this session, it was bold, brave and brilliant.

I’m not neurodivergent, I elected to join to become a better leader. This training was essential for knowledge to support all my staff, not only those with a diagnosis. Many people choose not to disclose their differences, but what is ‘normal’ anyway?

Fantastic session.

Started with a dance party, ended with a standing ovation. Maddie’s talk was amazing, she can make you cry one minute, and be laughing the next.

FINALLY someone acknowledging that there isn’t a bandwagon of people being diagnosed, it is diagnoses being caught up often too late to be of assistance in school or life. When I got a diagnosis of ADHD at 32, I cried for weeks, I was able to find myself in information, instead of thinking I was broken or difficult. The workarounds that I unknowingly put in place to function was, is, will be forever exhausting, but now I can see why I’m tired.

Can I give you 6 stars?

Probably the most useful training I’ve had on how to manage my staff, but with the overlay of neurodivergence made this an essential session. Thank you.
