Reclaim Your Mojo | Newsletter & Resource Archive | The Fourth Leaf

Welcome to The Fourth Leaf archive. Discovering you have been living with a neurodivergent diagnosis later in life comes with unique challenges. Not least understanding a shift in the identity you’ve been living with to someone else entirely, and a deep need for validation that you weren’t going mad after all!

This library is your dedicated space to reclaim your mojo. Remember, the Defiant Daughters‘ symbol of the Four Leaf Clover 🍀 is not because we believe in luck. We use it because we believe in ourselves.

The clover isn’t a charm, it’s a reminder that our mojo was never lost – just buried under expectations. It’s rare, wonky, imperfect, but still found in nature. Just like us.

In addition to the blog posts I write, this library is where you’ll find shared lived experiences and evidence-based resources. Each week, I’ll send a curated bundle of information I’ve found interesting, things that made me laugh and an infrequent, ‘What in the ADHD did I do now?‘
